The hotel is perfectly located right outside Roma Termini, making it easy to access trains, metro stations, and all the main tourist sites. The rooms are clean and spacious, ideal for families. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging taxis promptly. The dining experience offers a great selection at nearby restaurants but lacks on-site food facilities. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was not great - it was clean, but extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep, and the towels had a horrible smell. On the positive side, the hotel is well-illuminated, though it took too much space for our luggage. The location is excellent, right across from Roma Termini station, making it easy to get around. The dining options were limited to a cafeteria with minimal choices. The service, while friendly and helpful, could use some attention to cleaning. Overall, there were issues with the room and service, but the location is a big plus.
